Srikanth Mangalam

Srikanth Mangalam is a globally recognized visionary and expert in risk-informed decision-making.

He has over 20 years of experience in risk management in both the public and private sectors in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. He is credited with conceptualizing and implementing Risk-Informed Decision-Making in Canada’s public safety sector. Formerly the Director of Public Safety Risk Management and Chief Risk Advisor at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority in Toronto, Canada, Srikanth and his team received US and Canadian patents for developing and implementing an innovative approach to risk-based regulatory inspections.

Srikanth has successfully established and delivered science-based risk management strategies in real-world contexts and championed the application of analytics and innovative outcome-based performance metrics to quantify risks and the effectiveness of regulations. He has several publications to his credit and is a highly sought after speaker on public risk management at conferences and by regulatory agencies.

Mohan Krishnamoorthy

Mohan Krishnamoorthy is Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research Partnerships) at University of Queensland. He was previously the inaugural CEO of the Indian Institute for Technology Bombay-Monash Academy. He was previously the inaugural CEO of the Indian Institute for Technology Bombay-Monash Research Academy, which he helped establish. Professor Krishnamoorthy is a leading expert in operations research and efficiency, hub location, rostering, personnel task scheduling, machine scheduling, transportation and port logistics.

Ajay Narayanan

After having spent nearly fifteen years with the World Bank Group in various roles including environmental management, sustainability and internal audit, Ajay is currently a Facilitator and Coach for Strategy, Leadership and Culture.

Vasumathi Srikanth

Vasumathi Srikanth is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years international experience in financial public accounting and taxation. She has extensive experience and expertise in financial and tax compliance in both the business and not-for profit sector in India and Canada with a particular focus on the small and medium-scale enterprises.

Dr. Mangalam Mallikarjunan

Dr. Mallikarjunan is an international expert in chemical risk assessment and process safety management. He was a senior member of the Nobel Peace Prize winning team at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons The Hague, Netherlands responsible for safety and risk assessment with the international chemical weapons inspection program. As Deputy Director for over 30 years with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research in India he led teams of scientists and engineers on research and consulting projects in chemical engineering, safety and risk analysis for chemical processes, development and design of chemical processes. He has published over 60 papers in national and international journals.

Christopher Hodges

Christopher Hodges is Professor of Justice Systems, and head of the Swiss Re/CMS Research Programme on Civil Justice Systems, Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, University of Oxford. He is a Supernumerary Fellow of Wolfson College Oxford. Professor Hodges research interests and expertise is in understanding how to design more effective regulatory frameworks to enhance compliance, performance and safety.

Priya Agrawal

Priya is the Founder/Director for Antarang Foundation which aims to build self reliance in youth through key life skills and employability skills. Antarang which is one of Prism’s partner organizations, works to bridge the gap between education and the future for young people at the threshold of adulthood.

Ruth Steinholtz

Ruth Steinholtz is an innovator in the field of values-based business ethics.  Her recent work is grounded in behavioural science and focused on organisational culture.  She is an experienced international corporate lawyer and former General Counsel, Head of Ethics and Compliance and Group Security Coordinator.  She pioneered the establishment of networks of ethics ambassadors as an effective means of increasing integrity in global organisations. Ruth is co-author (with Christopher Hodges) of Ethical Business Practice and Regulation: A Behavioural and Values-based Approach to Compliance and Enforcement. She is a Barrett Values Analytics practitioner and is the Founder of AretéWork. Ruth is based in London, England.

Leigh Sharpington

Leigh Sharpington is a change professional with more than 25 years of experience in the UKs central Government, investment banking and academia. Most recently with the UKs Food Standards Agency and Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, he has deep expertise in bridging the gap between technology, policy and business, and delivering innovative digital-data-and-technology enabled solutions.
